@skullkandy69 just prefere my mac because the operating system is a lot faster and when did i say it is 1ghz it is 2GHz intel core 2 duo 1gb of memori 667 MHz

@skullkandy69 well i have a newer one now but my 5 year old pc has a core 2 extreme 3ghz, 4 gigs ram 1066mhz and 500gb 7200rpm and that is still really fast. boot in 20 secs shut down in 10 and can multitask loads of programs STILL without any slow downs anyway you said your 5 year old pc is only 1ghz which would mean its parts are probably about 7-8 years old.

@littlesurfdude y mac is abaout 5 years old its not the best mac right now but i sure you that is a lot more faster than a 5 years old PC.

The god thing that i only had one problem with this computer,the hard disk burned bcause i hacve a lot of programs but the the news mac come with plenty GB for everithing you wont.

When did you get the macbook and how fast is it?

I ask this because I want a new laptop and the mac is most suitable right now, I just wanna make sure.
