Match these with the Fostex hpp1[ amp dac] and you will have the perfect set up..better than the hm801 if you listen to mostly rock or pop...no crap.

Great headphones..one of the best I have heard but only when connected to a amp worth around the same price, very comfortable on the head and will not damage your hears like others will. you can still hear the phone ringing when the volume is up around 75%, Dont know how but you can.

Those Audio Technica ATH-ES10 are £350 pounds in the UK which is nuts! Though I hear they are meant to sound amazing!
