I try Balut for the first time ever...
According to wikipedia, a balut is a fertilized duck embryo that is boiled alive and eaten in the shell.
What's all this fuss about eating balut that it's even one of the dreaded challenges on Fear Factor? I just had to try it for myself, the whole experience of actually finding a balut vendor and eating right there on the city streets at night. I feel so Pinoy already!
