  • Thanks for your helpful web. Im in year 11 and im studying c1-c2 edexcel maths. I am worried that I might get a low mark as a result i dont want to do the exam but i have learned a lot which help me when i got to college. I would like to know if should further maths an a level maths. Is further maths hard for me to do although I got an A in my gcse's in yr 10. Help please

  • @TheJameelahmad I think your teachers would know you better than I do to give an opinion. However, C1-C2 should be fairly straightforward for someone with an A at GCSE. However, Further maths can be very challenging. Make sure you are happy to rise to a challenge, enjoy maths if this is something that you want to do.

  • @TheJameelahmad I'm currently in year 12 and ive sat both my C1 and C2 papers, and you have nothing to worry about. I'm doing a different course to you, but they're pretty similar. Im doing further maths, and further maths is difficult. It's a lot of hard work and you've got to enjoy maths, otherwise there really is no point in doing it as a course :) I'm a bit of a math geek so although I find it challenging, I also find it very rewarding. :)

  • useful vid thank you

but 1 queastion. why cant we turn reapeated liner into simple linear by expressing (x-3)^2 as (x-3)(x-3)?

  • @Amillionthingstosay Hope it goes well for you
