This guy is a liar. And he most likely lied to his father also.
Jovan confessed to foul play, and got released.
Because of that, the truth of how sick Jovan is came out, because he killed a girl in chili.

this is a joke!!!! Making a show out of a murder, out of a girl's life! This Joran guy is clearly a sociopath and I don't know why he's not in jail. There's more than enough evidence that he did something. Come on!!!
