How they thought it would be used - disarming insurgents with heavy weapons.
How it will be used - attacking people peacefully protesting withing their consitutional rights, harmless kids that use some naughty language, people already incapacitated and/or in need of medical treatment.

@lifevorce Recently, SWAT TEams have been using and Training with ADS [Active Denial Systems] on Military vehicles like large armored Humvees--for use in Civilian Warfare---against you. They also have LRAD {which is used against TIs also} Long Range Acoustic Device---humming in your head and/or Ears? Send some messages back to Them by playing the radio and TV at the same time--preferably on Radical Talk Radio like Alex Jones and/or Christian TV like TBN---!! Do it!!

It may be funny when you're in the military and practicing this---but it's not funny when you are a civilian the plainclothes or C.A.'s [Citizen Agents] are 'experimenting' on. See Gangstalking/Directed Energy Warfare. Through-the-Wall Surveillance is being enacted upon innocent civilians--without their--or your knowledge. T.I.s know, but how do you fight 'Secret' warfare? Especially in your own country--when it's an unpublished war against you--when you are considered an enemy?

It has been thoroughly tested and does no long term harm. Unlike rubber bullets.
