People need to understand this is accepted in Malaysia, having lived,worked in KL for 10 years
I have countless times payed off police for speeding ect..depends on the time of the month
I lived in Subang Jaya & Puchong...To me this is a better way of doing things......Malaysia is still a great place

Sebelum nampak motor polis, camera dah standby kat tingkap kereta. Nombor lesen motor pun nampak. rewind 0.18 to 0.22 secs.
