Possible UFO over Washington DC?

Appeared over the river, hung around for about fifteen minutes moving back and forth over the horizon, five flashing bluish lights and then one red and one green light on the underside. disappeared suddenly, as if lights just turned off.
RAW footage shows much clearer detail but is 80 MB

this is fake cgi or watever they move

camera moves around/zooms in/out :(( FAIL. sheesh ALOT of fake videos are being

created to LIE DECIEVE also to make the real ufos look bad and make them in an

attempt to make them sem fake and

..and dumb down the masses at the same time

Thats no aircraft strobe light. You can tell these things because the light are pulsating not blinking. Strobes have an 1 2 ON/OFF pattern mostly. The light patterns here are more complicated and chaotic, like a Christmas tree.

today, just saw a white dot or disc go into the chemtrails over North Capital street in DC. so Im not sure your sighting was real or man made, but either way this is getting more and more interesting every day........ and no, I dont have a video camera so I cant post confirmation, but I believe you did see something way different than civilian craft, to say the least.

A fighter plane sounds appears too there, later in video, starting around 0:34. Dunno what it is but atleast if doesnt look like a clear hoax.
