hey i got a problem when windows startup it says realtek bla bla bla file is missing and it is not in the msconfig...

and what should i disable if all i do is play game, watch youtube vids, and use microsoft office, like i dont make vids or play dvds or anything so what could i safely disable?

ive seen countless startup vids and i still cant figure out how to disablle the magnifier, its freaking annoying and i dont see it anywhere so idk how it keeps starting up
