Intent on finding out just how much they know, Dick appoints them as official White House dog walkers. Initially, the President is able to convince the impressionable girls that everything is on the up and up. But, after they develop a strange but close relationship with the Commander in Chief, the girls eventually learn the truth about the Watergate scandal and contact newspaper reporters Bob Woodward (Will Ferrell) and Carl Bernstein (Bruce McCulloch).
