New Business:
1. Request by Tuscan Moon Grill for extended Outdoor Service Area for special event on August 27.
2. Resolution establishing temporary closing of portions of 5th Street, B and C Avenues for Downtown Grand Opening Celebration on Saturday, August 27, 2011.
3. Resolution of the City Council of the City of Kalona, approving the application for the purpose of receiving benefits from the Iowa Department of Natural Resources, Resource Enhancement and Protection (REAP) Grant for a City Park trail and trail between Kalona and Richmond.
4. Moving next Council meeting to Tuesday, September 6, due to Labor Day holiday.
