Your comments are unfunny, boring, rude and nonsensical. What exactly is your problem? It can't be with me - it must be a deficit within your own psychology or personal life. I'm easy going. I like Werner Herzog films just like you. Why don't you just chill. Wouldn't you rather be cool with me and talk about how awesome "Kaspar Hauser" is? Hatred is pointless, a waste of time and energy.
The ending is amazing, unforgettable. "Heart of Glass" can be a difficult film at times, but it presents the concept of apocalypse brilliantly. The seer, Hias (played by Josef Bierbichler) is one of Cinema's most absorbing characters, I feel. His prophecies are disquieting yet very beautiful at times, too. The music by Popol Vuh is simply mesmerizing - one of the greatest scores ever, I feel. Visually, the film is uncanny. Herzog gave us a great parable here.
yes, isn't that a great little touch? Have you heard Herzog's comments in the DVD extras? I found it very interesting hearing him talk about what was involved making these scenes.
