Nobody F's with Da Jesus.

After taking two straight walks on consecutive 5 pitch at bats, Sweet Jesus stepped to the plate with the bases loaded and two outs in the 7th inning of a 4-0 ball game. After working the count full, Dustin Richardson had to throw a strike. Montero got a fastball middle-in and turned on it, crushing a game-tying grand salami into deep left-center.

He's pretty good at baseball.

  • If I had a dollar for every pixel in this video, I would have 1 dollar.

  • @bigboyhotstuff Um, I didn't have my Panavision camera ready. So sorry. Just be glad I was able to capture the grand slam at all, friggin brat. And the reason it looks pixelated is probably because there's a thing called a net behind home plate which, while protecting fans from foul balls, makes for tough photo/video capture.

  • @MelanCynic its a joke, relax...

  • @bigboyhotstuff Relaxed. Keep the comedy to the professionals b/c you're not good at it.

  • @MelanCynic ok bro, want to get lunch sometime? and we can work out of differences? cause i think someone is over reacting a little bit...

  • @bigboyhotstuff Yeah, that must be it. Or it could be that someone came here and made a dooshy comment about a video of Montero hitting a gamewinning grand slam.

  • Beast Man :)

  • @FruschendrixFan01 Noesi is a decent prospect, nothing special. We also have Gary Sanchez, Dellin Betances, Andrew Brackman, Slade Heathcott, Jorge Vasquez who are all better prospects than Noesi.

  • Its a good sign that the kid is clutch in the minors, hopefully that translates pretty good to the majors

  • So in our farm system, we have Hector Noesi, Manny Banuelos, and this, ya know, OKAY player... Yeah the future looks bright. In 5 years when Banuelos and Montero are the stars of the team, I'll be bragging about how I was a fan of theirs since they were in the minors :P.
