  • @perfect1150 yeah this i agree .... ive been practicing my swing on my free time then practicing my release and my form when im on the lanes i cant say that ive done it 1000 times since ive been doing it for the past 10 months ... and will still do it in the future ... i like my swing better now since im comfortable with it .....so far the only bad habit i have left is over turning my wrist ... which is not as bad as before ... lets say i get 15+shots in one game. i overturn at least 2-3 times.

  • @perfect1150 yeah thats what ive been doing sir .. =) ive been able to slowly perfect my shots now . like you said i went back to basics that i ignored.. and thanks to that ive improved. now ive been bowling on different type of patterns .. im playing on leagues tournaments and opens sir .... later were having our annual tournament in my association .. and im confident i'll do well ... =)

  • @animetrixer You represent the typical bowler. Everyone else is doing this, so I have to do it too. Who gives a shit what they're doing? You need to do what is best for you. Take what is NATURAL for you and maximize it. Why fight what comes easiest? Then work on what isn't natural and make it natural. It takes 1000 reps to break a bad habit and another 1000 reps to create a new habit. Make your physical game allow you to get your brain out of the way.

  • @animetrixer You want some tips? Quit bowling on soft house shots and use equipment that forces you to play lines that you're not comfortable with. Practice. By that I don't mean just go bowl games. Work on something specific, i.e. hitting a certain target, working on consistent ball speed ect. During practice don't worry about the result, worry and focus on execution. Don't rely on equipment to make up for "holes" in your game. Make your game make up for holes in your equipment.

  • @perfect1150 uhm ... i think it was because everyone in my youth team has super high backswing and put on alot of revs on the ball that was a year and a half before... like u said it was a psychological problem on my part and i understand that ... my swing is a bit higher than and my release is so much better when i started almost 3 years ago ..

but im already fine with it ... i just trained and trained until i got better,,.. thats all ...

  • @perfect1150 dude i did expand im also using hammer and ebonite brands .... i said that in my last comment. i admit i still use storm equipment but not all the time .. i plan my game carefully now . i just dont rely on the ball anymore. i realize that already .... i wont improve through equipment alone. i have improve a lot now ... u remind me of my coach. thanks dude. i cant explain it very well but thanks if u can give me suggestions or tips i wouldnt mind ... rather i would accept it ...

  • @animetrixer Besides, what difference does it make if you're a low backswing bowler?

  • @animetrixer I hope you've expanded it to something other than just Storm equipment so you can learn that it's your talent, not the equipment, that has given you success. If you feel the same way, you still have the same psychological problem and aren't giving your game enough credit. Either that or you're just a common sandbagger.

  • @perfect1150 this was 1 year ago dude hahaha !!! ive already expanded my arsenal .... hahaha !!!!

  • @animetrixer Sounds like someone has a serious psychological problem when it comes to bowling balls.
