@marcyboy123 Yes and i have this headset called megladon which is crappy compared to anything else the only good thing is their keyboard which is a bad thing too because they cant multitask.. just buy from logitech cheaper and better, they have some that looks pretty cool too =) I think Razer is just like apple cool design and alot of problems comes along

@NewGuyCommentary hahah yeah. Logitech is much MUCH higher quality. razer is for people who like flashy things. i wouldnt even compare it to apple. haha. right now i got a DAS keyboard and a steelseries Xai :D

just tell them you'll cut the cord and take a picture of the serial number along with the cut cord in the same shot. they'll ship you a new one for free.

razer product suck Imperator got auto double click itself after use it 2 month

and joystick controller TE also suck it button suck than original microsoft controller

I have two product because i buy both in same time , but all is suck

strange, can be that the mouse had it faults already from factory and the update kinda killed it directly instead. just got mine black widow ultimate and teh imperator 4G updated and all and its works perfect with 1000HZ and suface calibiration and liftof distance on auto no freeze what so ever as many videos shown on youtube
