A great video. Did not realize all the other makers could not do well.

I've love to see you guys do a test like this with an STI with DCCD in lock.
-
got 1 question: wouldn't the back wheels of AWD vehicle locked up as well if the transmission is in park????
-
Watching the Forester vs. the CR-V, and you guys keep saying the Forester sensed the front wheels didn't have traction and so sent it to the back. I thought the point of the Subaru system is that all four wheels are going all the time, so it never needs to "sense" slippage, unlike most other systems?

I have a Subaru and I love Subarus, HOWEVER, this test is useless with a direct comparision against Audi Quattro.
-
I never believe test done by the manufacturers. Independent test are more believable. The angle of the cameras used did not allow me to see outside of the garage or underneath the vehicles when said wheels were spinning. Do your own homework unless you are a fanboy.

An Audi isn't even in the same category as a Subaru. Not all of us can waste our money on a $40,000+ car.
-
I would love to see the E class 4matic in this test. And Audi quattro.

subaro vs awd lol where is a quattro ??
This obviously only works with the later Subaru models.
I have a Forester GT turbo 2000 model. If one wheel looses traction the car wont move.
Symmetrical AWD means nothing. This guy is dribbling shit, It has all to do with how good the differential locking works. You can have a perfectly symmetrically system and it can be worse than a non-symmetrical system with good differentials. Obvious sales man has read the sales pitch and is just preaching it.

@harmankardonbose I'd like to see your jeep test against my legacy on city streets in a blizzard, or maybe down a winding dirt road. Either way, don't bring a knife to a gun fight.
