it's not a hack, it is only a way to enter bootloader.

this is for flashing and installing custom software for your phone. so by how you voice sound you are in the 10 to 13 age range. you should not be messing with that part of the phone you can brick it. this is not a hack

i had a v360 and it works perfect!!!and if you connect it to a pc it says it needs a program...

This is used for flashing the firmware, & reinstalling. It's not 'useless', and it's by no means a 'hack'. You put the phone in maintenance mode. Congratz' This is the equivalent of pushing f12 or delete during a PC boot to get to the BIOS settings. It tells you how to do it.

its not useless. i used it to flash my razr when somthing went wrong :)

haha i think mines stupid cuz A) it wont turn on while i hold star and pund and B) when i power it on then hold star and pound it just turns itsself off, maybe i actully dont have a v3 haha

actually this is not useless, when u want to hook ur razr up to a computer, this is the usb mode. u have to do this for your computer to read and install the phones software correctly.

take the battery out the put it back in then turn it on if you have that problem ur phone will work again
