You must have a poison apple and go to fish monster swamp
in that big place where you found the king mardan you fish
the time must be around 6pm-6am
They're good at fishing contests because they have a good weight for the contest

@Dredanar You must get 40 medals by doing some "missions" in the dungeons' levels. You have to get Mayor to go to the train and then trade your medals for the Change Name Ticket. Then you just have to click on the weapon and change its name.
