Just a short video on how to bring back the color in the sidebar in Finder. This way is only temporarily fix because after you log back in you have to re-enter the terminal code.

ColorfulSidebar: http://mac.softpedia.com/get/Utilities/ColorfulSidebar.shtml
Folder path: /Library/Application Support/SIMBL/Plugins
Terminal command: killall Finder
Every time when you log back in you will have to enter the terminal command to reset the sidebar. I'm still looking for a better way to keep the color in the sidebar and I will update this when I find a better solution. If you have another way then please leave a video response. Thanks for watching everyone!

This is a tip i got from another web site. You don't have to put in killall finder every time you reboot anymore this was the easiest and fastest way to get it to work.
I created an applescript application an added it to my login items.
1. Go to Applescript put this in as shown below.
Applescript contents as follows:
do shell script "killall Finder"
2. Then click save as a window pops up click the drop down box then pick save as a Application remember where you save this file to.

Thank you for the video. How do have the window previews on the dock icons, like in windows 7? Thank you

@TheSYRN You're welcome and it's called HyperDock. It's $10 on the Mac App Store and it also has the window snap feature. There's another one called DockView which is a little more cheaper, but I don't believe it has the window snap feature like Hyperdock.
