Sweet little 45rpm on Yellow vinyl, a copy of which Craig the Record King (RECORDS123) will be selling on Ebay soon, playing on my PINK Panasonic SG-X7 WITH new belt! YAY! It works magically now. I am so very pleased! This is truly a Tink machine!
Very cool. Fran Allison was born in 1907. My records as a child were mostly yellow 78's that I played on a turntable my dad made. Dad installed a phonograph jack in an old RCA table radio. Circa 1951 52 when I was 3-4.
How cute Tink! A short story for you: when I was a kid I had a bunch of yellow RCA Victor sets, Cinderella. Bambi, Whinnie the Poo and such. I remember watching that yellow transparent vinyl spinning so well-my dad let me stack them on the console stereo changer, when the stack played you turned it over for the rest of the story. Sadly they all got 'abused' and I think that was my first lesson in taking care of my things-of course I could KICK myself now-if only I knew back then :-(
