After seven days of perfect alpine weather the Scottish winter 'Norm' makes a comeback!
The last day of a Talisman Mountaineering course and a change in the weather brings strong gusty winds, lots more snow and a high avalanche risk on sheltered aspects. On the same day there were several major avalanche incidents in the Scottish Highlands. Even the roads back were treacherous...
