So in order for all the villains in DBZ for weakest to strongest it would go

1)Raditz

2)Nappa

3)Vegeta (before became good)

4)Captain Ginyu

5)Frieza

6) Android 16

7)Cell

8) Buu

It's funny because at the start Goku and Piccolo together could only just beat Raditz

if raditz never came to earth,then vegeta and nappa would never hear of the dragonballs and wouldnt come to earth

if nappa and vegeta never came to earth,piccolo wouldnt have died which makes them go to namek and search for the dragonballs

if they never went to namek,goku wouldnt have been a super saiyan

if goku wouldnt be a super saiyan,its like the history of trunks all over again,without trunks!

@MiiMaker101 but in that case, Gero wouldn't have gotten the date for Cell from Frieza or Goku as Super Saiyan, making Cell and the Androids all that weaker. Assuming the Z-Fighters were killed, the Supreme Kai would come to Earth at a later point and probably face-off against Babidi.

@MrBrick241 they couldn't even "just" beat him. He had their numbers, and the only reason he really lost was because of inferior tactics. Hell, even then, they only won because Gohan exploded with rage at the last moment.

@MrBrick241 Yeah but Android 16 was good, he never really did anything to merit him being called a villian. I would say #6 is 18 then #5 is 17.
