NAZI GERMANY is being resurrected in the form of a representational republic, formally known as the United States, now known as the Department of Homeland Security.

Never mind the fact that not only is this highly unconstitutional and unnecessary .

But we are to just accept, that the people kicking down your doors are officers of the law without checking their credentials before they actually kick down your door. for all you know you could be getting robbed, you could be in danger, but no it's just the law kicking your door in if you, make ANY NOISE that they think is "suspicious" without answering the door.

There is one loop-hole to this though, and it starts with you taking action.

But the real loop hole to this new law is that you have to "INVOKE" your right to say "I do not want you in my house, "AFTER" you answer the door! THEN they can not enter.

But everything before then is fair game to them ala:

A: you don't answer the door withing a minutes time, your door get's kicked down costing you money, and your freedom to live in your home without warrant less searches or probable cause.

B: if you don't answer the door or "CALL OUT" to them saying "I WILL BE RIGHT THERE" you must answer the door, or any NOISE considered "SUSPICIOUS" will now be enough PROBABLE CAUSE for them to kick down your door.

C: once you acknowledge that there are police officers there, and go to the door to open it the police can both look, smell, and hear within the opening of the door for "REAL" probable cause to any suspicious activities.

This is just another wrong decision, and I for one won't let this stand.

we have a supreme court that 8-1 said the constitution is worthless, are you going to FUCKING take this????

I am not, I have a freedom meeting on Wednesday and I will be writing, protesting this and making sure an appeals process is underway any way I can.

I will not tolerate this!

Neither should you!

get off your computer some time this week and do something about this.

this is a call of duty as an American and as people of all the world to unite under government oppressions and say NO! and NO MORE!

  • Do NOT call the police, EVER.

  • This will raise violence between cops and civilians. If they enter illegally they are to be treated like any other person breaking into your home. I feel that if a cop is going to enter my home w/o a search warrant than they should be shot.

  • @InnateIntelligentOne As much as I agree with you, unfortunately, they will end up killing you and then come up with some bullshit excuse and say you forcefully resisted knowing they were cops and they would get away with it.

  • I can't believe it....I'm speechless.

  • police try to enter my home without a warrent ill kill em... ill fucking blow you all up... I hate you pigs.... and you will feel all my rage

  • Friends we are in for a bumpy ride.

  • @CommunityStraightUP: So what is YOUR unambiguous definition of "reasonable" and "house" for the purposes of the Fourth Amendment?

  • @DavidForthoffer Well I guess it's ambiguous to those who want it to be, or are looking for a loophole, which we all know "they" do. Since you brought up the point that the word "house" is ambiguous, I guess neither of us will convince the other. Dead end. It was fun though.
