Nope, it is illegal to refuse to leave when you are told to leave by the legal authority.
The forum organizers have the constitutional right to throw out ANYONE breaking their rules (see supreme court cases Bethel & Tinker), and vulgar and disruptive speech in forums are not protected under the 1st amendment.
