From the greatest show of all time : The Hatch in Spore !
(I obviously used the assymetric mod, and the "freedom cheat" to make all the mud and soil around the hatch)

Quick Hatch timeline :

Early 70's : The Swan is disigned by Stuart Radzsinky.
1977 : The construcion of the station starts.
July of 1977 : during the drilling a huge pocket of electromagnetism is released. Jack drops a nuclear device. This event is called "The Incident".
1980 : A protocol is established : a button must be pushed every 108 minutes to contain that electromagnetic energy. Teams of 2 men are necessary to achieve this. One of them is Radszinsky.
After 1991 : Kelvin Inman join Radzsinsky at the station.
At some point of the 90's : Radzinsky shot himself.
2001 : Desmond casts away on the island. Inman bring him to the Hatch.
September 22, 2004 at 4: 16 pm : Desmond cannot push the button : System Failure.
October 7, 2004 : John Locke and Boone Carlyle discover the Hatch.
November 4, 2004 : Tha Hatch is opened with dynamite.
November 27, 2004 : The button isn't pushed. Desmond activates the fail safe and the Hatch implodes.
