  • Well my dash like most rams is falling apart so instead of it looking like crap why not customize ?

  • @NPoulos24 I always read that the dash on Rams like to crack but my is perfect. (Crosses fingers) I'm not saying you can't. It's definitely possible. I'm just warming you about the amount of work you would have to do.

  • I am thinking about using your idea here and making a mold of my dash cap then using the mold I make to reproduce a fiberglass dash cap for my Dodge Ram does anyone have thoughts on the outcome of this trial of course I will be using mold release

  • @NPoulos24 Is it possible? Yes. But it would take an IMMENSE amount of time and effort. Why do you want to do it?

  • I hope you added hardner to that

  • @henrylovesweed I did. Thats why it hardened into a big single sheet. Did you watch the whole video?

  • you dont have to remove all the tape and if you mark the contours with perminent marker on the tape...it will transfer to the fiberglass

  • look at all those air bubbles!

  • Good video

  • Hint, next time after u lay ur tape down mark it with ur sharpie. When u lay ur Matt and resin the sharpie will actually bleed into it giving u a great line! Just FYI :-)
