It's LG Motorsports headers coupled with the Borla Stinger exhaust system.

Do the Stingers drone pretty bad with this setup, or is it fairly tolerable?

If the car is otherwise stock, there is VERY little drone. With headers on the car, the drone gets worse but still tolerable. One you go with a cam or more modifications, the drone get intolerable. And I mean INTOLERABLE...like your head is going to explode.
