TGO Tactical Snapping Turtle Soup

Turtle meat,
celery,
carrots,
thyme,
bacon,
onion,
Shrimp, and tails for stock
Butter,
Andy's Cajun Breading,
V8 juice
Water,
Turtle bones for stock,
Mushrooms.

Place the bones into the water with carrots and celery with pepper, and thyme, simmer for 5 hours to make a stock, also simmer the shrimp tails.

place bacon into separate pot, crimp bacon, and then remove and use grease to brown cajun breaded Turtle. remove again and add onion and mushrooms, then once cooked added the carrots and celery and thyme to the pot, add the stock, add lemon juice, turtle meat and bacon, add the V8 and allow to simmer at least 2 more hours. Add the Shrimp at the very end just before plating.

@senorhosh not intentionally, however my sister and i had hamsters that managed to escape their cages and turned up a week later in the bottom of the broiler pan on our stove... quite crispy and burnt beyond consumption lol
