Turtle meat,
celery,
carrots,
thyme,
bacon,
onion,
Shrimp, and tails for stock
Butter,
Andy's Cajun Breading,
V8 juice
Water,
Turtle bones for stock,
Mushrooms.

Place the bones into the water with carrots and celery with pepper, and thyme, simmer for 5 hours to make a stock, also simmer the shrimp tails.

place bacon into separate pot, crimp bacon, and then remove and use grease to brown cajun breaded Turtle. remove again and add onion and mushrooms, then once cooked added the carrots and celery and thyme to the pot, add the stock, add lemon juice, turtle meat and bacon, add the V8 and allow to simmer at least 2 more hours. Add the Shrimp at the very end just before plating.

  • @derekgrebner87 I dunno, just don't like eating something I can buy from a pet store that's all. Not bashing you for eating it, it's just not my cup of tea.

  • @v4mpirehunterd seriously tho. Animals are made of meat. and a garontee that you could cook up the entire pet store and them all taste great if you knew how to cook it.

  • @senorhosh not intentionally, however my sister and i had hamsters that managed to escape their cages and turned up a week later in the bottom of the broiler pan on our stove... quite crispy and burnt beyond consumption lol

  • That looks absolutely delicious. Great idea to mix turtle with shrimp (not that I've ever eaten turtle but I've always been curious).
