  • @Noblechief1 Iam a Afghan vet, many Muslims fought with us againts the Taliban, their story goes untold unfortunately in the American media. Half of the troops in the patrols we conducted were Muslims many of them gave their lives to establish stability in Afghanistan.

  • War photography. A thrilling, adrenaline pumping job, yet life threatening and dangerous.

  • When people mock soldiers or Americans or the young, maybe they should think of this young, decent American ex-soldier.

  • I remember reading about this. Afghanistan provided many photographers with something they may have never expected going in. And for those in the military, this captures an element of something even more than the paid photographers perspective. My photography hasn't put me there. But my filming has come pretty close. Check out my latest documentary coming out of the Philippines, an area the U.S. Army has only recently left behind by googling Cyle O'Donnell and finding my page, Travel Geek.

  • @profsat5 Dont forget that not very long after the event, the Taliban supposedly said that "they have received some modern technology weapons from some unknown force". I guess it could very well be a lie, because no similar event took place since then. If they really had the gear to shoot down a high-tech chopper with veteran pilots, why dont they use it more often?

  • Seal Team Six gets osama and a month or so later they get killed.Don't sound right to me.Maybe the government had to make sure certain information did not leak out to the public.

  • @08infidel A Muslim wouldnt let a American bastard come and kill their blood. The time will Come when the True Men of Islam come and fight you under the Leadership of Muhammad Al Mahdi and see if you can decive people into supporting you and your tatoed bastards.

  • The picture with the Afghani soldier is just brilliant.

    Fantastic work!
