Hey Chef, i like most of your vids, but i wanted to get your opinion on grilling on electric. It would seem like your classically trained, at least by the way you carry your self in your previous videos. I have to ask, do you really consider grilling over gas to be real bbq, or is it redundant and a waste of money? I ask because i am an aspiring Chef currently attending culinary school and in my view "bbq" over gas is silly.You might as well just broil, or buy a rigid sauté pan.

how do you keep a steak juicy if you want it well done with out drying it out and how do you keep a burger from turning into a giant meat ball during the cooking process???
