No, it's not that she would enslave and date the highschool guy. Its just that, view again the phone call she did, she's talking to hyung joon and asked if he did the house hold chores. Maybe ha young wanted to make the highschool guy do those chores.

ok, that has got to be the most awkward movie kiss in the history of awkward movie kisses. OK it was sweet and all, but it was more like he was forcing himself on her and she's just motionless

Okay just stop for a minute and think: she and her boyfriend are having trouble with cleaning/cooking/washing laundry, that's what she was talking about on the phone right?? Hence the evil grin when talking to the high school kid: he'll be their slave now, working about their apartment.
