This is an easy and simple way to create your own ringtone from your iTunes

STEP-BY-STEP TUTORIAL:

1) Open iTunes and connect your iPhone to your computer
2) Choose your song - Options - Choose part of song you want
3) Create AAC version to make a copy
4) Open in Windows Explorer
5) Change from .m4a to .m4r
6) Drag the copied version to your Library

  • Thank you so much !!!!!!

  • Ok, I created a new folder on my desktop and saved all my songs in there. Then I did the exact same process as the video I made and it worked...if this doesnt work let me know

  • @Snubs1957 No you have not missed anything because the same thing is happening to me. I've tried it multiple times and it worked only once. The way I did it was save the song to my desktop.

  • I think it is not there bc it is saving in a wrong place. I upgraded to iOS and I kept getting a message that it cant find the original file. I tried making ringtones and realized that one song finally worked because it was getting it from another folder. That is prob what is happening to you. I'll try to figure out how to get it to stop that.
