The recent government pledge of £100 million pounds to help fix potholes in Britains roads will only go so far according to Cllr Richard Kemp, Deputy Chairman of the LGA. Speaking to the Local Government Channel he said that £9.2 billion was needed to tackle the problem, with central and local government working together to create long term solutions.
