Official Contest Rules U.S. Residents only living in the mainland 48 States. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded. Only one submission per person will be accepted. All employees of Penn-Plax, Mazuri, Ghanns, Bowtie, Inc. and Rept-Care, LLC are ineligible for this contest. Entries become the property of Rept-Care, LLC, which reserves the right, without further consideration, to use all submitted video and text (if provided) in any publication, media and related promotions. The company cannot confirm receipt of entries. By entering this contest, winners agree that their contact information may be given to contest sponsor(s), which may use the information for marketing purposes. You further agree that your photo, video, text, name, and city and state may be posted on Rept-Care LLC owned websites, and in the case of the winner(s), on sponsor websites, as well.
