There are several hundred Amerind tribes, historically speaking many different languages. I have studied a number of these languages and their traditional mythologies, and have never heard of "dweller between dimensions".
Although many traditions do consistently describe myth beings that we could easily identify as sasquatch, it is evident that bigfoots are real animals, night-feeding apes native to North American, not magic omens.
