@slightlyoutofreach01 i'm judging based on all of their work. it's not metal, it's nu metal, but no real metalhead considers nu metal to be real metal. it has a completely different feel to it than any sort of real metal. and of course you can say if something is metal and something else isn't. you also can't walk around claiming that lady gaga is metal. same goes with slipknot or disturbed, they're just nu metal. nu metal is what comes out when metal goes mainstream.

You have to realize metal is as varied as music itself, and to fight over what is or is not metal is as absurd as what is or is not 'art.'

@hiasaelegenda if you really think slipknot is metal you don't know what metal is. slipknot are not metal just because their music is heavy. listen to them and then listen to some real metal, may it be power, viking, speed or thrash metal, the structure and feeling of the songs is completely different than from slipknot's

@Ashleymjy It's almost as bad as Beiber, 'x sent me here', 'thumbs up if x sent you here', and awful comment puns about the title and how many people disliked the video. I wish they'd all go away forever.
