@ludeman When this came out all us true Boingo purest that had been around since its inception cringed,and talked some bad shit about this CD!In concert we didn't even want to hear this album live,and my brother actually called a radio station called KROQ,and told Danny he sold out! having said that looking back now,and hearing the rubbish on the airwaves,and that gets sold as music! I would give my left nut to have this sellout album released in this generation! Just think Weird Science!

This album should have gone platinum. The only problem would have been that bands that popular become hellish to watch live. I firmly believe the world would have been a better place If Oingo Boingo's records at least went gold. Not counting Dead man's party which did go gold. I love Elfman's soundtracks But I think after Nightmare Before Xmas he should have started doing Boingo full time. Or maybe he quit Boingo Because he was losing his hearing and he just didn't make it public for a decade.
