@SugabuttsWoman I agree with you on all accounts, but The Weather Channel and all oter media outlets they dont care on who you are or how much know, they only care for is ratings and the big beans aka MONEY.

@SugabuttsWoman Oh it's not just The Weather Channel. Ever notice now that meterologists get full body shots? Ever notice how it's mostly women who end up doing the forecast? Ever notice how the lights on a set at the perfect brightness make their dresses and skirts almost see through? Tits and Ass. That's the reality of the business of network and cable television. So they might as well let their personalities out and have some fun.

I am a huge weather channel addict. And over the years, I had been a huge fan of Al Roker, but when he invaded the weather channel, I lost all my respect for Al Roker. I am still a bigtime weather channel addict, but i just decide not to watch his show!!! here in new york, it airs 6-7 AM when im almost ALWAYS alseep. but it encores from 10-11 AM when im usually up so i shut the TV off at 10:00 sharp and turn it back on at PRECISELY 11:00

You're right. There's a very important distinction between the kind of comedy a meteorologist like Dave Schwartz does, which is usually weather related anyway, and the kind of comedic acts happening lately on the Weather Channel, which do not fit with the original TWC image John Coleman intended.

All of us REAL meteorologists have to bust our humps in calculus and physics, not to mention METEOROLOGY courses, and now he blows in and takes over? I bet he gets paid more than all of the other REAL scientists there too. I would be SO ANGRY. Actually, I don't even work there, but I'm VERY angry at what this has become. You have RUINED your professional image TWC. Promote someone there who has WORKED for that position.
