In this episode I'll make A traditional African Dish called Peri Peri Chicken. It is a simple marinade that makes for a wonderful Low carb grilling experience and tasted equally good out of the oven.
I also make a simple Chicken in Aspic which is a traditional meat jelly. I make several small changes from the original recipe and talk about the different kinds of Paparika, using clarified butter and just what is Chili Powder?

Hahaha, I'm trying. My motto is, eat like the ancestors because they weren't stupid!

I am a huge fan of spicy food, and when I got my first taste of Peri Peri Chicken I was hooked! Thanks so much for posting the recipe!
I was just wondering before I try it myself:
1. Can you replace the bone-in chicken with boneless chicken breast?
2. Is it better to use a GLASS baking tray rather than a Stainless Steel for this recipe?

You can make this with any part of the chicken and in any kind of baking dish. BBQ is even better. I would say that skinless chicken won't be as good though.
