Home and Away - Everton vs Liverpool (milk cup 84) part 1

Home and Away was a T.V programme broadcast in 1984 and foccused on a group of Everton and Liverpool supporters, and trip to wembley for the milk cup final it was the first major cup final between the two clubs. The show also takes a look at the people who did'nt go the match and what they got up to back in Liverpool, Home and Away also features footage of the game itself and also reaction of the players from both teams. I have spilt the show into five parts.

When you see stuff like this it makes you realise how much Thatcher really did tear this country apart. Everything in her day was about money and that legacy has lived on.

It's mad how it's all changed. Reds and Blues don't really go the game together now. Too much hostility. Go on any football coach and they're all snorting coke and looking for trouble. Half the fans aren't even scousers now. Money has destroyed it all....Thatcher finally won.

i remember this day well, like the people in this video me and my mates all got the coach down from liverpool, looking at this now it breaks my heart to think how different the merseyside derby is now, theres just no friendly atmosphere no more like, just twats at lfc who come from all over the country and don't know nothing about football or the merseyside derby, this is wats its all about!!!
