has anyone got any tips on how i can make my rising smaller?

This rider seriously needs to do some no stirrup work at the posting trot, she's relying entirely on her stirrups to push her out of the saddle.
-
........probably one of the worse examples of riding I have seen in a LONG time.
-
this is actully good advice. I def have to work cause my horse is super bouncy but I love him! :3
-
This rider is not a good example of how to do a good sitting trot. Quit with the spurs already! use your calf! This rider needs to go back down to some basics. I hope not to many people have used this as their "what to look like" example.
-
I think metal spurs are cruel but I use rubber ones that don't hurt the horses!
-
I sure hope I don't look like that when I "sit the trot" lol

@emmaLUVSjb100 Using spurs is fine, if you know how to use them...

i hate sitting trot that riders terrible!!!
Leave the horse alone with those legs! Every step the horse takes, it gets jabbed with the spurs! God!
