  • I'm reading your book at the moment Sara - it is great. At last some really good research to back up promoting naps! Thanks for your study.

  • @dilibau sleeping all the time is quite different from taking naps. in fact, oversleeping can have a negative effect on your health.

  • I'm sleeping all the time, but my memory is worse than it use to be 5 years ago
