Metroid Prime 3: Corruption 100% Walkthrough Part 60 - Boss Battle Gandrayda

Here's a walkthrough of me going through Metroid Prime 3: Corruption for Wii on Hyper Mode (aka Hard Mode). I am getting a 100% completion in pickups, logbook completion, and Credits/Friend Vouchers.

The GF Trooper was actually Gandrayda all along. Now I have to fight her. Should have refilled on health first, as I actually am close to death in this battle.

Epic close battle. I love this fight. I have to actually get off the couch to beat her.

When she turns into Rundas, I like to switch to hyper mode as I'm throwing out my grapple beam. By the time I have his/her armor yanked off, I've already got a charged shot ready to go. It moves the fight along a bit quicker at the cost of some energy.

Good fight though, very good, you had pretty low health to start.

Yeah, same here. One of my favorite boss battles in the game. As you said, I should've abuse Hypermode earlier rather than saving it for the end.

I really hate how the Acid Rain automatically cancels it...and I end the battle in the next part with a Screw Attack.

The heck?! When she turns into Samus she gets a super laser beam attack? Samus's beam was never that awesome.

Yep, the logbook scan is only in the boss fight. I'm pretty sure scanning any of her forms will add her to the Logbook, but just to be sure, scan her in her normal form.
