@truecrypt I watched documentary about Horowitz where he says that he played this at conservatory, "all jury stand on their feet and applause" - after Horo finished. I cant find that recording... or there isnt recording at all...?

What exactly?
@truecrypt How about Horowitz?
What is the name of this book and who is the author? I would love to read it!

Ok, will keep it (-: Will check out Ginzburg's account soon. Meanwhile, I've uploaded Barere's Don Juan as well.

Keep your R.H.! ;)
I don't recall such recording... but you can check out Grigory Ginzburg performance.

Many thanks. I'd give up my right arm to hear Josef Hofmann play it. Any recordings of his of this piece that you know?
I don't recall exact info, but it should be mid-late 50s.
