  • When you eat at a resturant do you pay first then eat your meal????/I would say no!!! Pay for what you get...I don't know you but here in australia you sell a home you get your commision.

  • Can't compare apples to oranges, eating and paying ten minutes later is much different that waiting 6 months to a year to get paid. This is a great idea and would help get sellers to be more realistic about there price....

  • This guy will suggest charging a price for every word spoken. After that he'll try to charge people for every pause, and then charge for the amount of oxygen it took for him to breathe; then he'll charge for the oxygen the principal breathed while in his office. Its guys like this that are the reason people don't trust Real Estate agents, lawyers, and others who charge ridiculous fees.
