Gene Autry " Merry Texas Christmas You All "

Flip side is "The Night Before Christmas (In Texas That Is)".Gene Autry recorded more then 600+ songs and sang many wonderful childrens songs.I found a picture of a 78 and included it so that you could see what is missing from the 45 center on mine.This song was recorded by many artist over the years,and I have many versions and will post my other favorite later.I am partial to Gene Autry.He had a unique voice that just made a person feel good.This song was also recorded by Elton Britt with The Beaver Valley Sweethearts on RCA 20-4988,1952.It is said that Elton Britt sounded a little like Gene Autry and he does.The difference between the two songs is the one by Elton Britt and the girls,is it's a little faster with the girls voices adding much depth to the song in there style.Enjoy
