　　金裹銀田黃石，其特點是外黃而內白的田石。金裹銀田黃石的形成，是白田石的周圍環境中的氧化鐵離子所形成，其肌質都是非常細結、凝靈、分子結構極其緊密的石材。這種優良石­材即使在地下水中富含氧化鐵成分的環境中，也極不容易被浸染呈色，當地下水中的迪開石分子和氧化鐵離子，已經在白田石表面沉積並形成黃色皮層時，而緻密的白田基質卻仍沒被­浸染呈色，因此，才能形成黃、白色彩分明的金裹銀田黃石。金裹銀田黃石都是質地純優的上品田黃凍石，十分珍稀罕見。
