*New footage towards the end*

Movie I made demonstrating my improvements since starting Serge Nubrets training method over a period of 4 months.

Around the same time I am honoured to have translated Serge Nubrets new book "70 Years Young" half autobiography half bodybuilding encyclopedia.

My training was based on the exercises and method described in this book which will be released soon..
I will announce a date when known.

  • @VanDammage14 Tell me what did he tell you to do to keep your waist trim? Was that just dieting or what because Serge is a master when it comes to small waists, and I could even see it on you a little bit. Please share

  • You're so incredibly lucky to have trained under the legendary Serge Nubret before he passed. I hope you continue training and develop an aesthetic physique that would make him proud.

  • Could use some more weight to be honest but I like your development. Weight lifting is fun above all else. As long as you enjoy building muscles for the exercise and not because you want to become huge you will reach your goal. Whatever your goal might be Nothing like feeling the sweat and your pumped out muscles after a murderous set. I just recently started training again after a 10 years pause with kids and wife between. Training is much better today as I have the patience i never had earlier
