The Pilates programs are exceptionally easy to follow -- Kathy explains the terminology and uses totally understandable cuing (e.g. imagine a marble is rolling down your chest). Pilates for Lower Body shapes your thighs, calves and buttocks with lots of variety but not a lot of reps. Pilates for Abs focuses on moves specifically selected and sequenced to tone your midsection. Both Pilates programs are Beginner/Intermediate -- Kathy shows the basic routines while her assistant demos the more challenging modifications. Fat Burning Breakthru is not Pilates-based.
