Smoked Salmon Rolls: Take 2 - 8" tortilla shells (will make approx 10 pieces), spread Philadelphia cream cheese (i used smoked salmon and dill flavour, but you can use plain cream cheese as well) place the smoked salmon on the tortilla shell, do not over lap and roll tightly. Wrap in plastic wrap and place in the fridge for at least 10 minutes to firm up. Take out and slice approx. 1/2" thick (there is a bit of waste at the ends) You should get 5 pieces per tortilla shell. See video for plating suggestions.
